In a recent interview published in IBM Systems Magazine, SHARE volunteer Reg Harbeck sat down with SHARE’s new president, Justin Bastin. Justin’s interest in IT started at the early age of eight and continued to grow from there. After attending his first SHARE event in San Diego in 2007, he gave a presentation to his colleagues, sharing the knowledge he had gained and showing the value of attending such events. From that first event, he continued to be an active volunteer with SHARE, holding an executive role in SHARE’s zNextGen program, as well as positions on the Board of Directors, leading up to his current role as SHARE president.
